Reflections:

I served with C.J. in the Marine Corps from 1983 to 1986. He and I entered the Marines about the same time, so we were peers and worked closely together in the same occupation. He was one of the most level-headed and respectable guys with whom I worked. He was very easy-going and quick with a smile. He was a man with integrity. Rest easy C.J.

It has been too many years you've been gone. Every year at this time I take a few minutes to reflect on the fun we had and the things I learned from you. You were my mentor and my friend. I'll always be thinking about you.

I worked with C.J. and knew from the start he was a very, special officer - a very special man. I can't believe he has been gone 21 years........he is still missed and always will be.

A friend.............harrisonville

Chandler, I never got to meet you but I do know your brother and his family. I am also a former member of the Harrisonville PD. We have also lost two officer due to accidents but they have been off-duty. Thanks for your service and thanks for looking over every single one of us while we do our duties. Rest in peace brother and hold down the fort for the rest of us.
